Employees in an administrative role at TC&W are tasked with a broad array of responsibilities. All of these responsibilities focus on a team atmosphere concentrating on the company’s Core Values of Safety, Leadership, People/Employees, Customers & Financial Performance.
The Accounting team at TC&W performs the execution of all business financial activities while confirming financial integrity and accuracy.
As a “service” business, the Marketing & Sales team at TC&W focuses on maintaining superior relationships with our existing customers while seeking out new and diverse partnerships.
The Maintenance of Way (MOW) team at TC&W maintains a reliable infrastructure that supports the strategic direction and overall business plan of the company while dedicated to safe, effective and efficient work practices.
When one thinks of a railroad, it is the Transportation team that is immediately thought of. They are the face of what railroading is. The Transportation team performs the movements of TC&W’s customers’ goods in a safe, effective and efficient manner that builds trust and reliability with our shipping partners.
The TC&W Operations team is the magic behind the curtain. All the communication relating to customer orders, car placements, track work windows and train movements is done behind the scenes with a team that is deliberate in their attention to customer service.
Employees in our locomotive repair shop maintain the locomotive fleet to ensure TC&W is equipped to provide safe, effective and efficient service to our customers.
TC&W’s rail car repair shop is responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of freight rail cars. The functionality of this obligation is imperative in keeping rail cars moving, providing both on-site and mobile repairs.
