TC&W’s Introductory Interview Process
In most cases applicants are invited to TC&W’s Interview Introduction, which is a two-hour presentation in a group setting that explains who TC&W is, what we expect of our employees, what to expect of your job at TC&W, benefits, and compensation. Our focus with the Introduction Invitation is to set expectations of TC&W careers and lifestyles as well as the exchange of compensation packages for services you perform for the organization. By the end of the presentation, the candidates have a sense of whether or not TC&W is a good fit for their needs. At that point, they can set up a same-day private 15 minute interview with TC&W Human Resources or choose to decline an interview.
