Sisseton Milbank Railroad (SMRR) operates 37 miles of track between Milbank and Sisseton, South Dakota.
SMRR serves the communities of Sisseton, Peever, Wilmot and Corona, SD. Major commodities handled on SMRR include wheat, corn, soybeans, fertilizers and plastics. SMRR has transload sites available, with good access to local highways and Interstate 29. Twin Cities & Western Railroad Company (TC&W) acquired and began operating SMRR in July of 2012 and SMRR now operates as a subsidiary of TC&W.
