Railroad Awareness & Safety
Rail safety is important not just within TC&W for its employees, but also within all the communities we serve. We provide free rail safety presentations through Operation Lifesaver to keep our communities in-the-know about railroad safety. Various presentations can be tailored for elementary schools to adult organizations as needed, and are about 45 minutes long.

Career Fairs & School Partnerships
If you are having a career fair at your college, school, or as a community event, TC&W would love to be a vendor or speaker! We travel to schools throughout our rail area to educate and connect with high school students and educators about career opportunities in the railroad industry. In the past we have partnered with Hutchinson School/TigerPath, Glencoe-Silver Lake Schools, BLHS School, Ridgewater College, Marshall Schools, Worthington Schools, and more!
