The Twin Cities & Western is a sister company of the Red River Valley & Western Railroad, Wahpeton, ND, with both railroads having the same directors. The TC&W operates the Minnesota Prairie Line, a wholly owned subsidiary, on track owned by the Minnesota Valley Regional Rail Authority.
